Finance Integrations Manager – Belgium, Flemish Region

We're looking for a Finance Integrations Manager to support the integration of newly acquired companies into our group's financial and operational framework.

You'll lead the onboarding process from day one — ensuring local finance data, systems and processes are aligned with group standards and ready for consolidation.

What you'll do:

• Oversee financial integrations — from opening balances to syncing local administrations into company financials.
• Coordinate key data integration (FTEs, customers, productivity) into our data lake, ensuring accuracy and validation.
• Act as the bridge between local teams and group functions to align processes, tools, and ways of working — keeping change practical and minimal.
• Run 2–3 integrations at a time, delivering each within ~100 days, with each business fully onboarded and operating in the company way of working.

About you:

You're hands-on, structured, and thrive in a changing environment. You have a solid finance background, experience in integration or transformation, and strong communication skills. English and Dutch required, French a plus.
